I think I’m going to cuke.
Cucumbers, so often the melty, soggy culprit in the bottom of your crisper (or mine, anyway), really come into their own in the summer.
As I contemplate organizing a Pimms contest for later this season, my thoughts turn to these long green tube of refreshment. And I am not alone, it would seem. Over at BrightNest they have assembled a variety of cucumber recipes to tempt you including cucumber lemonade
cucumber granita
and fancy cucumber sandwiches!
You know what else comes to mind when I think of cucumbers?
Benedict Cucumberbatch.
