Books recycled into gift boxes
You know why you make beautiful little boxes like this? It’s not just to recycle books and save them from the landfill. No. It’s so when you hand a gift over to someone, they stare at it quietly for a moment, and then turn their head to look down at the dollar-store-I-reused-this-7-times gift bag they put your gift in and have a quiet moment of shame at their lack of effort.
It’s OK. It’s character building for them.
